Created: Peach Tree West Insurance Services - B&B first wholesale operation in the west with offices in Los Angeles and Seattle. Merged it with IE&S after B&B's successful larger acquisition in CA.
Created: CAP Physicians Insurance Agency, Los Angeles, CA in 2008 and served as director. This vehicle was used to merge CAP equity stake in another agency as a step to dissolving a partnership.
